I've supported myself as an entrepreneur and self-employed person my whole life. When I graduated from college in 2003 I spent a year and a half working part time as a live-in nanny so that I could have enough free time to develop my own online business.

In 2005, just one and a half years later, I was able to quit the nanny gig and support myself with my online business, and I've been doing this ever since.

Because of this experience, I know how important it is that I only make recommendations based on past successes.

That said, I understand that you need to know I've achieved success to feel confident that I can help you.

Here are some successes I've achieved in my web marketing career:

• I've done SEO consulting for TreeHugger.com, the most high traffic environmental site online according to Alexa.com. During my consulting with Tree Hugger I helped them achieve substantial increases in website traffic. For example, with just a single post that was created according to my coaching, Tree Hugger was able to rank in the top 10 for the following highly competitive phrases:

• I strive to eat in an ecologically sustainable way. I focus on minimizing my consumption of animal products, especially factory farmed animal products, and I try not to consume foods that take a lot of energy to transport, store, or process.
• I try to radically minimize the environmental impact of my travel. When I travel long distances I take the train instead of flying. I also take public transit, ride my bike, and car pool, rather than drive a vehicle by myself.
• Since the Summer of 2007 I've not flown in a plane, and I've only driven in a car by myself for a medical emergency.
• I volunteer a lot of my time to support individuals and organizations that I believe in. This comes in a wide variety of forms, from providing coaching to parents within my community, to doing pro bono consulting work for the Natural Building Network.
